Job summary

KEO International Consultants in Riyadh seeks a Project Director to lead a major project from initiation through delivery. You will steer multi-disciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and align delivery with strategic objectives while upholding KEO standards and Saudi regulations.

Ideal candidates bring 20+ years in PMCM or related consultancy, with senior leadership experience, strong governance, risk and commercial oversight, and proficiency in coordinating stakeholders across design,

Qualifications

• 20+ years in PMCM, project management or related consulting environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA is advantageous.
• Experience as a Project Director or senior leadership role.
• Strong client-facing, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabian codes, regulations and project delivery practices would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Providing overall leadership and strategic direction for the successful delivery of the project.
• Acting as the senior point of contact for the client and key stakeholders.
• Leading multidisciplinary project teams and ensuring coordination and accountability.
• Establishing governance structures, processes and performance standards.
• Overseeing programme, budget, resources, procurement and commercial performance.
• Monitoring progress, risks and implementing mitigation measures.
• Overseeing design development, coordination, construction activities and interfaces.
• Ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations and KEO policies.
