Job summary

KEO Group seeks a talented Project Manager (Design/Architecture) to lead complex, large-scale projects from Riyadh, KSA. You will manage design coordination, scheduling, budgeting and client communications to achieve high-quality documentation.

Applicants should have 10+ years in mixed-use or multidisciplinary projects, a architecture/engineering degree, and professional licensure. APM/PMP and Revit/AutoCAD experience are advantageous. Hybrid work arrangements are offered.

Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant experience on large mixed-use or complex multidisciplinary projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering; advanced degrees preferred.
• Masters, PhD, or similar is an advantage.
• APM or PMP certification would be an advantage.
• Licensed as a Professional Architect or Engineer by a recognized body.
• Experience managing entire project lifecycle from design to post-occupancy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with 2D/3D software (Revit, AutoCAD).

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of project scope, including setup, design and coordination meetings.
• Plan and manage scheduling, budgets, staffing and project setup with teams and sub-consultants.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; resolve issues through analysis.
• Collaborate with Technical Leaders to promote an inter-disciplinary approach.
• Ensure QA/QC procedures for all technical areas are followed.
• Track financial performance: plan, schedule, fees, billings, collections.
• Communicate clear project objectives to stakeholders and clients.
• Lead project team to high standards of design and documentation.
• Coordinate all divisions and sub-consultants for assigned projects.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
• Ensure Terms of Reference are established and fulfilled.
• Provide leadership and proactive communication to leadership on project status.
• Prepare look-ahead reports and escalation for leadership.
• Ensure ISO 9001 implementation across project stages.
