Job summary

KEO International Consultants seeks a Senior Architect Engineer for the Qiddiya Training Academy project in Saudi Arabia. You will supervise architectural works, ensure conformity with approved designs, and coordinate with contractors and consultants to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The role requires 12–15 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering, and strong coordination across structural, MEP, and landscape disciplines in fast-paced,

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering is mandatory.
10+ years of relevant experience or more.
Experience with large-scale buildings and mixed-use developments.
Experience supervising architectural works and coordinating with other disciplines.

Responsibilities

Oversee architectural works ensuring compliance with designs and standards.
Coordinate with contractor, consultant, and other disciplines for project delivery.
Review drawings, submittals, RFIs, and technical submissions.
Monitor QA/QC and site progress against program and design intent.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code and project specifications.
Lead technical coordination meetings and resolve design issues.
