Job summary

KEO invites an experienced Senior Project Architect/Engineer to lead large-scale, mixed-use projects in Riyadh. You will oversee design coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and client communications, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Architecture or Engineering, with a Master’s or PhD preferred, and a professional license. PMP/APM is an advantage; hybrid work and health initiatives accompany a competitive package.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience on mixed-use, large-scale projects.
• Licensed as a Professional Architect or Engineer by a recognized body.
• Proficient with MS Office and 2D/3D software (Revit/AutoCAD).
• APM or PMP certification would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases from project setup through coordination meetings.
• Plan schedules, budgets, staffing, and work plans for projects.
• Identify and mitigate risks; resolve issues with systematic analysis.
• Collaborate with technical leaders to promote interdisciplinary design.
• Ensure QA/QC procedures are applied to all technical deliverables.
• Monitor project financials: plans, timelines, fees, billings, collections.
• Communicate project objectives clearly to clients and stakeholders.
• Lead the project team to achieve high design and documentation standards.
• Coordinate with divisions and sub-consultants for project delivery.
• Develop strong client relationships to secure repeat business.
