Job summary

Daikin Middle East & Africa is seeking a Sr. Project Sales Engineer – HVAC Applied & VRV Systems based in Dammam. You will lead the project business in the Eastern Province, driving the full sales lifecycle for applied HVAC and VRV solutions while coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities include pursuing large projects, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective after‑sales support and CRM reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in HVAC project sales.
• Strong negotiation and contractual skills are essential.
• Experience with Aramco/SABIC specs is desirable.
• Fluency in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell applied HVAC and VRV/VRF solutions across the Eastern Province.
• Lead project life cycle: from qualification to post‑sale support.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to drive profitable projects.
• Prepare competitive technical and commercial proposals with the Application team.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contractual obligations with stakeholders.
• Maintain CRM updates, sales forecasts, and management reporting.
