Daikin Middle East & Africa in Saudi Arabia seeks a Sr. Project Sales Engineer for HVAC Applied & VRV Systems in Dammam to lead the project business across the Eastern Province, managing the full sales lifecycle from opportunity to project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in a similar HVAC project sales role.
• Strong experience in the KSA project market.
• Experience handling commercial negotiations and contractual terms.
• In-depth knowledge of Chillers (centrifugal & air-cooled) and VRV/VRF systems is highly preferred.
• Prior experience with Aramco and SABIC specifications is desirable.
• Excellent customer, account, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office; English fluency; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Daikin’s Applied HVAC and VRV/VRF solutions across the Eastern Province for large and complex projects.
• Achieve sales bookings, invoicing, margin targets, and payment realization in line with objectives.
• Develop strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare competitive technical and commercial proposals with the Application team.
• Lead commercial negotiations and terms & conditions; manage project approvals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and after-sales support.
• Maintain CRM updates, sales forecasts, and management reports.
• Conduct regular customer visits, site meetings, and technical demonstrations.
