Job summary

S.K.M Air Conditioning LLC in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Service Sales Engineer - HVAC (After Sales) to troubleshoot, handle warranty issues, and support customers to ensure SKM systems perform at high standards.

The role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree or 5-7 years HVAC service experience, 5+ years in installation, operation, and maintenance, GCC experience preferred. Strong communication in English is essential, with Arabic/Hindi/Urdu an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or 5-7 years HVAC service experience).
• 5+ years' experience in installation, operation, maintenance, and service of HVAC systems.
• GCC experience preferred (HVAC service, MEP, or FM).
• Knowledge of mechanical/electrical controls (analog & microprocessor-based).
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Handle warranty and service complaints, ensuring resolution within set KPIs.
• Conduct root cause analysis of failures and prepare service reports.
• Support retrofit, repair, and maintenance activities.
• Supervise technicians on-site, ensuring safety and quality compliance.
• Provide technical feedback to engineering and quality teams.
• Assist in customer training and prepare technical documentation.
