Job summary

Musco Saudi Arabia team in Dammam is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, and employee lifecycle processes in our local office.

You will work with HR systems and government portals, ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations, and support onboarding, contracts, payroll data, and employee relations across the organization.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Onboard, transfer, renewals, and offboarding processes for employees.
• Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
• Prepare HR documents including employment contracts, letters, and certifications.
• Support payroll by ensuring data, attendance, leave, and compensation changes are accurate.
• Assist with employee relations and guidance on policies and procedures.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for positions across Saudi Arabia.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and recruit accordingly.
• Post vacancies, source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and facilitate offers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics.
• Support onboarding activities and participation in career fairs and events.
• Administer and maintain HR-related government portals.

The Musco Saudi Arabia team has an opening for a Human Resources Specialist in our Dammam, Saudi Arabia office. This role will serve as a key member of the HR team, managing day-to-day HR operations, talent acquisition activities, employee lifecycle processes, and government portal administration. Principal Duties and Responsibilities

HR Operations

• Manage employee onboarding, transfers, contract renewals, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
• Prepare HR documentation including employment contracts, letters, and employee certifications.
• Support payroll administration by ensuring employee data, attendance, leave, and compensation changes are accurately maintained.
• Assist with employee relations matters and provide guidance regarding company policies and procedures.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for positions across Saudi Arabia.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Post vacancies, source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and facilitate offer processes.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics.
• Support onboarding activities to ensure a positive new hire experience.
• Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other talent attraction initiatives as needed.
