Job summary

Intaj Logistics Solutions in Riyadh is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and develop the Human Resources function, supporting the company’s continued growth in a logistics environment.

You will oversee HR operations, recruitment, payroll, performance management, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Law and using platforms like Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and Muqeem. A strong background in logistics HR is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of HR experience.
• Logistics, transportation, customs clearance, warehousing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government HR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all HR operations and the HR team.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and HR strategies.
• Manage manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention.
• Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits, attendance, leave, and employee records.
• Manage performance appraisal, KPIs, training, and employee development.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and applicable regulations.
• Oversee government HR platforms, including Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and other relevant systems.
• Monitor Saudization requirements and workforce compliance.
• Develop organizational structures, job descriptions, grading, and salary structures.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, budgets, and workforce analytics for management.
• Support organizational development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives
