Qualifications

Job description

The HRBP is responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle and delivering effective HR services across the organization, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable labor regulations.

The role operates within a cross-functional HR model, where team members are expected to develop knowledge across different HR areas through cross-training and job rotation. While specific areas may have designated primary ownership, all HR Business Partners are expected to provide backup support across HR activities to ensure business continuity and avoid dependency on a single individual.

Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
  • Manage and support employee lifecycle activities from onboarding through offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR system data.
  • Process employee changes, transfers, promotions, contract updates, renewals, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate onboarding, employee documentation, and separation processes.
  • Maintain employee files and ensure completeness and accuracy of HR documentation.
  • Provide HR letters, certificates, and employment-related documentation as required.
Recruitment & Workforce Support
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process based on approved manpower requirements.
  • Source and screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Prepare and follow up on employment offers and pre-employment requirements.
  • Support Saudi talent acquisition and Saudization objectives.
  • Maintain and report recruitment status and open-position updates.
Government Relations & Compliance
  • Support HR activities related to government requirements and platforms according to the approved responsibility and access matrix.
  • Ensure employee information is accurate and aligned across HR systems and relevant government platforms.
  • Monitor HR compliance requirements and support timely completion of required transactions.
  • Support Saudization initiatives and related compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding government and regulatory requirements when required.
Medical Insurance, GOSI & Employee Benefits
  • Support employee and dependent additions, deletions, and updates related to medical insurance.
  • Follow up on employee medical insurance requests and issues.
  • Support GOSI-related employee transactions according to assigned responsibilities and access rights.
  • Maintain accurate employee benefit information and respond to employee inquiries.
Attendance, Leave & Employee Relations
  • Monitor attendance, absence, leave, and related employee cases in accordance with company policies.
  • Respond to employee HR inquiries and provide appropriate support.
  • Support employee relations cases, grievances, investigations, and disciplinary processes.
  • Promote consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
Performance & Employee Development
  • Support the performance management cycle and follow up on completion of objectives and evaluations.
  • Coordinate with managers and employees regarding performance management requirements.
  • Support training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in maintaining job descriptions and organizational structures.
HR Policies, Governance & Continuous Improvement
  • Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the review and improvement of HR policies, processes, forms, and employment contracts.
  • Identify HR process gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain proper HR documentation, approvals, and audit trails.
  • Support internal and external audits and compliance requirements.
  • Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably across multiple HR functions.
  • Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR practices.
  • Experience with HR systems and relevant government platforms is preferred.
  • Good analytical, reporting, and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
