Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Operations Integration Manager for the Hub Delivery program across the KSA AMZL Network. You will drive integration and standardization of delivery processes with cross-functional partners to improve efficiency and customer experience.

This role focuses on building scalable operations, leading data‑driven improvements, and coordinating with Central Operations, SnOP, DSP teams, and product groups to roll out features with clear success metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Experience with cross-functional teams (technical & non-technical).
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, model, and implement new operations processes for Hub Delivery across the KSA AMZL Network.
• Drive cost, quality, and customer experience improvements using data-driven insights.
• Establish network-wide standards in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Build partnerships with field leaders and stakeholders to identify opportunities and remove barriers.
• Address blockers with root-cause analysis and sustainable solutions.
• Drive continuous improvements to customer experience and reduce cost/complexity.
• Partner with Product teams for UAT, launch plans, pilots, and full-scale rollouts.
• Represent KSA Hub Delivery in regional and global forums with leadership.
