Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Channel Team Lead – Hub Delivery to oversee and guide a team of ADEs focused on onboarding and managing local retail partners in the Hub Delivery program. This leadership role blends field execution with strategic vision to drive activation and performance, while maintaining high delivery standards.

As a coach and problem-solver, you will enable the team to meet targets, monitor KPIs, and implement corrective actions across territories in a dynamic, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ADEs, ensuring consistent execution of Amazon's Hub Delivery model.
• Provide hands-on coaching in prospecting, onboarding, and performance management.
• Foster a culture of accountability, commitment, and field excellence.
• Monitor team KPIs across operations, activation, and delivery quality.
• Identify systemic issues within territories and implement corrective action plans.
• Partner with Operations, Last Mile, and Program teams to resolve systemic issues impacting delivery quality.
• Provide consolidated field insights to improve program design, partner experience, and scalability.
