Job summary

AMHEC is seeking a Supervisor, HSE to coordinate safety programs and safeguard employees across sites in Saudi Arabia. You will lead training, audits, and risk assessments while guiding site teams to comply with local laws.

This role requires strong leadership, hands-on inspection, and the ability to travel up to 50%. You will report to the QHSE manager and develop plans to improve KPIs and incident prevention.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent preferred.
• NVQ Level 5 or higher (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years in oil & gas or heavy equipment safety.
• Incident investigation and root cause capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and safety management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HSE program implementation across sites.
• Lead toolbox talks and PPE training.
• Conduct HSE audits and assist with corrective actions.
• Inspect worksites to identify hazards and enforce controls.
• Prepare site visit reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Monitor KPI performance and drive safety improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabia HSE laws and AMHEC policies.
• Manage incident investigations and root cause analysis.
