Job summary

Thehseleader is seeking a Trainer, QHSE based in Saudi Arabia to drive staff competency in health, safety and environmental practices. You will conduct trainings, inductions, and gap analyses, ensuring compliance with AMHEC QHSE standards and required certifications. You will travel within the kingdom to AMHEC sites as needed.

You should have NEBOSH General certification (preferred NVQ/NQF 5) and strong organizational skills to manage schedules and records using MS Office.

Qualifications

• Facilitate QHSE trainings to staff and contractors.
• Health, safety and environmental awareness development.
• Experience with oil & gas or heavy equipment sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct QHSE inductions for new employees.
• Develop and run training programs and gaps analyses.
• Update training matrices per QHSE manuals.
• Translate training material as needed and monitor effectiveness.
