Job summary

Arabian Machinery and Heavy Equipment Company seeks a Supervisor, HSE to coordinate safety programs, corrective actions, and training across on-site operations in Dammam. The role demands delivering safety awareness, conducting toolbox talks, and supporting the IMS and client HSE meetings.

The ideal candidate has NEBOSH or equivalent, at least 5 years in oil & gas or heavy equipment, and strong leadership and communication skills with willingness to travel as required.

Qualifications

• Relevant QHSE certificate (NEBOSH) or NVQ level 5 preferred.
• NEBOSH General certificate preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in oil & gas and/or heavy equipment industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Able to travel on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation of HSE programs and safety measures.
• Lead HSE alerts and awareness trainings for employees.
• Support IMS updates and internal audits.
• Prepare toolbox talks and training plans for AMHEC staff.
• Inspect worksites for hazards and ensure PPE compliance.
• Report unsafe acts/conditions and take corrective actions.
• Attend client HSE meetings and communicate regulatory requirements.
