Job summary

Tamer Group is seeking an HSE Specialist to promote a safe and healthy work environment across its facilities in Saudi Arabia. You will implement health, safety, and environmental procedures, conduct inspections and risk assessments, investigate incidents, and raise awareness to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, deliver HSE training, and maintain accurate documentation and records to support an ongoing safety culture.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Safety or bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Time management and ability to manage multiple inspections and trainings.
• Ability to promote proactive safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Implement HSE policies and programmes to ensure local regulatory compliance.
• Conduct inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote HSE awareness.
• Deliver training and awareness sessions on HSE practices.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures.
• Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and permits.
• Assess warehouse safety procedures and recommend improvements.
• Participate in HSE committees, audits, and initiatives.
