Job summary

Trading and Development Partnership in Riyadh seeks an experienced Safety Manager to lead and evolve our EHS programs. You will shape policy, drive compliance, and promote a culture of proactive safety across all operations.

You will conduct risk assessments, manage incidents and investigations, coordinate training, and liaise with regulators and insurers to minimize liabilities while guarding employee wellbeing and business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
• 5–8+ years in a dedicated safety role within manufacturing, construction, logistics, or industrial settings.
• Professional certifications (CSP/ASP, OSHA 30) are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop & Execute EHS programs, SOPs, and Emergency Action Plans.
• Regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local standards; monitor and adapt procedures.
• Lead safety culture initiatives and conduct inspections, risk assessments, and audits.
• Perform JHA development and reviews; lead root-cause investigations for incidents.
• Manage workers' compensation processes and coordinate return-to-work programs.
• Track KPIs (TRIR, DART) and report trends to leadership.
• Deliver safety onboarding and mandatory training for staff.
• Establish and mentor safety committees; oversee third-party safety platforms (ISNetworld, Avetta).
