NADEC Foods in Haradh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Specialist – HSE to support the implementation and continuous improvement of Health, Safety & Environment standards across our operations. You will conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections, identify unsafe behaviours, and assist with incident investigations, reporting, and training.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and 2–3 years of HSE experience, with certifications like NEBOSH IGC or IOSH being highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Quality, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably FMCG/manufacturing.
• NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, or IOSH Managing Safely certifications are highly desirable.
• Knowledge of current international HSE standards and best practices.
• First Aid knowledge/certification.
• Strong root cause analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify unsafe behaviors and conditions and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide guidance to employees on occupational health and safety requirements.
• Support HSE awareness sessions and employee safety training.
• Assist with incident investigations, root cause identification, and reporting.
• Support inspection, testing, and maintenance of firefighting equipment and systems.
• Prepare HSE reports, audit reports, and maintain accurate HSE documentation.
• Support safety improvement projects and coordinate with Engineering, Technical, Purchasing, consultants, and service vendors.
• Monitor compliance with HSE policies, procedures, standards, and applicable legal requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HSE systems and processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Quality, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing.
