Job summary

UCC Holding in Riyadh is seeking an HSE Officer to implement the Project HSE plan, conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, and deliver safety training to site workers. You will monitor field activities, ensure inductions, toolbox talks, and maintain monthly logs in alignment with IMS policies.

The role requires a Diploma in NEBOSH or equivalent and a minimum of two years of experience. SAP knowledge is a plus, and you will coordinate emergency procedures and report on safety performance

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience.
• Diploma in NEBOSH, Occupational Health and Safety or related technical certificates.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the execution of HSE activities on a project to ensure compliance with the HSE plan and IMS requirements.
• Assist in developing and implementing field emergency procedures and evacuation plans.
• Provide trainings on incident prevention, first aid, and safety awareness programs.
• Identify hazards and unsafe practices daily; raise observations and record corrective actions.
• Report violations daily and recommend necessary improvements.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly HSE performance reports.
