UCC Holding seeks an experienced HSE Manager to lead the Health, Safety & Environmental function for a major luxury hospitality project in Riyadh. You will drive world-class HSE performance, regulatory compliance and a Zero Harm culture across construction, MEP, façade and fit-out works, coordinating with client, PMC, consultants and Saudi authorities.

This senior role requires 12–18+ years in HSE within EPC environments, 5+ years in leadership, and a track record with Tier-1 contractors on

Qualificações

• 12–18+ years HSE experience in major construction/EPC.
• 5+ years in HSE Manager or senior leadership on major projects.
• Experience with Tier-1/international contractors.
• Strong track record in luxury hotels/resorts/hospitality.
• KSA/GCC experience preferred.
• Experience managing large multicultural workforces and multiple subcontractors.
• Client/PMC/Consultant/regulatory interface experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the HSE function for the project and align with strategy/governance.
• Drive a proactive Zero Harm culture across construction, MEP, façade and fit-out works.
• Ensure compliance with KSA HSE legislation, Saudi Building Code, Civil Defense, ISO 45001/14001.
• Provide senior HSE leadership across all project activities.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis, with effective corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain Emergency Response and Crisis Management arrangements.
• Oversee health, welfare, heat-stress management and environmental performance.
