Job summary

Thehseleader is seeking an HSE Specialist to lead safety culture and ensure compliance across facility operations in Saudi Arabia. You will drive 5S, safety audits, incident reporting, and training while aligning with local regulations and Flowserve standards.

You will coordinate safety committees, conduct rigorous investigations, and maintain environmental reporting responsibilities to ensure continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant HSE experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Saudi Arabia health, safety and environment legislation.
• Detailed knowledge of ISO-9001, 14001 and 45001.
• MHRSD Kawader professional certificate

Responsibilities

• Maintain 5S and housekeeping; conduct 5S audits every 3 months.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and report findings in SPHERA.
• Lead HSE committee meetings and produce reports.
• Investigate incidents focusing on root cause and prevention.
• Coordinate emergency evacuation procedures and safety training.
• Ensure environmental reports for air, storm water and sanitary sewer permits.
