UCC Holding is seeking an HSE Manager to support executive leadership in establishing safe working conditions and ensuring regulatory and client compliance. You will lead risk assessments, incident investigations and continuous improvement initiatives across projects in the GCC region.

You will develop training programs, monitor HSE metrics, and liaise with regulators and stakeholders to drive a culture of safety and sustainability.

Competenze

• 15 years minimum total experience in HSE functions.
• At least 5 years in a managerial role; GCC experience is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree or Level 6 Diploma in OHS; NEBOSH Lead Auditor will be advantageous.

Mansioni

• Develop, implement and oversee HSE policies and programs to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead incident investigations, root-cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Provide guidance to HSE teams, contractors and stakeholders to foster safety culture.
• Monitor HSE performance metrics, analyze data and drive improvements.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies, clients and external stakeholders on HSE matters.
• Prepare HSE reports and presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Prepare HSE reports and documentation for stakeholders.
• Drive continuous HSE improvement and share lessons learned.
• Provide strategic HSE guidance to senior management.
• Support IMS policies and safety initiatives.
