Job summary

ZADIP Group is seeking a professional trainer to instruct clients on the Ektefa HR and payroll system and empower HR teams to operate it confidently from day one. The role includes delivering on-site and remote sessions, creating up-to-date materials, and tailoring training plans to client needs.

You will guide clients through activation and go-live, measure training impact, and collaborate with sales, implementation and support to ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• At least two years of experience in systems training or HR/payroll.
• Solid knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and HR, payroll, and GOSI procedures.

Job description

We are looking for a professional trainer to train our clients on the Ektefa HR and payroll system, and to enable their HR teams to use it confidently and efficiently from day one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site and remote training sessions for Ektefa clients covering HR, payroll, time and attendance, and employee self-service.
• Prepare training materials, user guides and demos, and keep them current with every new release.
• Assess each client's training needs and build a plan that fits the organisation's size and the way it works.
• Accompany clients through activation and go-live until they rely fully on the system.
• Measure training impact, collect trainee feedback and pass it to the product and support teams.
• Coordinate with sales, implementation and support to give clients one seamless experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in systems training, or in HR and payroll.
• Sound knowledge of the Saudi Labour Law and of HR, payroll and GOSI procedures.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, and the ability to make technical concepts simple for non-specialists.
• Fluent spoken and written Arabic; English is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and remote-meeting tools.

Certification before you start

• The successful candidate receives full training on the system, covering every module, delivered by the group.
• A score of at least 95% in the programme's final assessment is required before you start training clients.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with HRMS or ERP systems.
• A professional certificate in training or HR, such as TOT, aPHRi or CIPD.
