Job summary

Moyasar is seeking an HR Specialist - Recruitment to join our HR team in Saudi Arabia. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, helping us attract top talent across technology, business and corporate functions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with strong sourcing, interviewing, ATS proficiency, and excellent communication in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment platforms.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned vacancies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, our ATS, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand their hiring needs and role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for our growing teams.
• Keep our ATS and recruitment data accurate and up to date.
• Support offers and pre-employment requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding for new employees.
• Track recruitment KPIs and hiring progress.
• Help improve our recruitment process and candidate experience

You'll manage the recruitment journey from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding, helping us attract the right talent across technology, business, and corporate functions.
