Job summary

Moyasar Ltd in Riyadh is seeking an HR Specialist - Recruitment to join our growing fintech and payments team. You will manage the recruitment journey from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding, helping us attract top talent across technology, business and corporate functions.

You will partner with Hiring Managers, coordinate interviews, maintain candidate pipelines, keep the ATS up to date, and track KPIs to continuously enhance the candidate experience in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR.
• Good sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment platforms.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Comfortable recruiting across multiple functions and vacancies.
• Experience in fintech/tech/financial services is a plus.
• Fluent Arabic and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned vacancies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for growing teams.
• Keep ATS and recruitment data accurate and up to date.
• Support offers and pre-employment requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding for new employees.
• Track recruitment KPIs and hiring progress.
• Help improve recruitment process and candidate experience.
