Job summary

Moyasar is seeking an HR Specialist - Recruitment to join our HR team and support growth in fintech and payments. You will manage the recruitment journey from sourcing through onboarding, helping attract top talent across technology, business, and corporate functions.

You will coordinate interviews, build candidate pipelines, and ensure ATS data accuracy while collaborating with Hiring Managers. Strong English and Arabic communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR.
• Good sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment platforms.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Experience recruiting for different functions and multiple vacancies.
• Experience in fintech/technology/financial services is a plus.
• Arabic and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for assigned vacancies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand their hiring needs and role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for growing teams.
• Keep ATS and recruitment data accurate and up to date.
• Support offers and pre-employment requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding for new employees.
• Track recruitment KPIs and hiring progress.
• Help improve recruitment process and candidate experience
