Job summary

Moyasar is seeking an HR Specialist focused on Employee Experience, Culture & Engagement to enrich the workplace. You’ll drive engagement, support internal communications, and develop programs that recognize and connect teams across fintech and payments domains.

You will collaborate with managers to implement initiatives, measure impact, and continuously improve the employee journey from onboarding to offboarding in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, Employee Experience or Engagement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Creative and comfortable organizing activities and initiatives.
• Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
• Experience in fintech, tech or financial services is a plus.
• Proficient in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Support employee engagement and culture initiatives across Moyasar.
• Plan internal events, activities and recognition programs.
• Support the employee journey from onboarding through offboarding.
• Coordinate employee surveys and collect feedback.
• Turn feedback into practical improvement initiatives.
• Assist internal HR communications and company announcements.
• Improve onboarding and new-joiner experience.
• Support wellbeing and team-building initiatives.
• Collaborate with managers and employees across teams.
• Track engagement activities and HR metrics.
