Job summary

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, Madinah, is seeking an HR Associate to assist in employee relations, recruitment, and administration within a hospitality environment. You will support management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and coaching employees while ensuring policy compliance and confidentiality.

You will maintain accurate employee records, answer staff queries, assist with annual surveys, and uphold safety and service standards across the hotel.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and resolving employee relations issues and follow-up.
• Support management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and company policies in recruitment.
• Maintain confidential employee records and respond to staff inquiries.
• Assist in logistics and administration of annual employee surveys.
• Follow safety, security, and confidentiality policies.
