Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety is required.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with hotel safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assess risk in hotel work environment to minimize associates' illness and injury.
• Inspect hazardous factors in the work environment and facilities.
• Lead the organization toward a healthy and safe work environment by advising, monitoring, and reporting.
• Assist management in training, motivating and coaching employees; serve as role model.
