Job summary

Aljabr Rent a Car is seeking a fresh HR/Business graduate to join our HR team in Dammam. You will handle employment documents, data entry, Qiwa registrations, and archiving while supporting HR operations.

This entry-level position requires fluency in Arabic and English, Tamheer eligibility, and a willingness to learn payroll, health insurance processes, and internal reporting. The role offers hands-on training and exposure to Saudi labor procedures.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate in HR or business-related field.
• Arabic: fluent in speaking and writing.
• English: fluent in speaking and writing.
• Eligible for Tamheer program.

Responsibilities

• Create employment contracts and new hire documents after data from recruitment, open employee files, and archive them.
• Enter all new employees’ data and documents into HR system and internal reports, complete related procedures such as fingerprint registration, issuing email tickets, notifying manager of employee number, and update recruitment records.
• Register new employees’ contracts on Qiwa platform and perform contract updates.
• Handle vacation settlements and timely disbursement to employees, including related procedures such as exit/re-entry visas and tickets.
• Manage health insurance procedures (additions, deletions, modifications).
• Link new employees with approval circuits and fingerprint types within records with Al-Jabr Holding.
• Print and deliver business trip requests, ensuring all procedures are completed.
• Prepare employee work ID cards and deliver them to employees.
• Issue employment verification letters and experience certificates per internal processes.
• Prepare warning letters after HR Manager/Supervisor approval.
• Archive employee documents on paper and electronically.
• Manage employee fingerprints during payroll periods.
• Prepare monthly Amanah payroll reports.
• Register employees in Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development programs.
• Execute tasks per HR operations as directed by HR Manager or Supervisor.
