Job summary

Linum Consult is seeking a bilingual English-Arabic HR Generalist to join a major organisation in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on HR administration, payroll, recruitment support, and end of service preparation within a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years in HR, be fluent in English and Arabic, and possess strong MS Excel and organisational skills. Local employment law knowledge and Saudization requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Organisational Psychology preferred.
• 2–3 years’ HR experience focusing on recruitment, payroll, annual leave and end‑of‑service prep.
• Experience using government platforms like GOSI and Qiwa.
• Excellent communication in English and Arabic, spoken and written.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and multitasking.
• Excellent IT skills, especially MS Excel.
• Saudi nationals only due to Saudization and knowledge of local employment laws.

Linum Consult’s client is a major organisation in the Middle East. They are seeking a bilingual English- and Arabic-speaking HR Generalist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing and tracking employee information in the database
• Managing HR payroll
• Updating employee holiday and sickness records
• Assisting senior HR staff with screening CVs and the hiring process
• Organising meetings and taking minutes
• Answering any employee inquiries
• Preparing end of service packets

PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Organisational Psychology or equivalent is preferred
• Around 2-3 years’ experience in Human Resources, with an emphasis on recruitment, payroll, annual leave, HR management, tracking resources, and end of service preparation
• Previous experience using government platforms: GOSI, Qiwa, etc.
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and Arabic
• Strong organisational skills, with high attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent IT skills, especially in MS Excel
