Overview

NEW VACANCY: HR DIRECTOR — Leading Transport Group in Jeddah. OPEN TO SAUDI NATIONALS.

Our client is a leading group with a solid division focusing on providing first class transportation to schools, government and other public sectors. They are expanding and have a strong reputation across the region.

Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation of Labor Office/ Group/ Company HR and Admin Policies and regulations
• Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the human resource function (Recruitment, Training, Personnel, Administration, Performance Management, HR ERP)
• Provide accurate reports on time
• Ensure all company facilities, government documentations (CRs, registrations, etc) are updated and in compliance with government regulations
• Participate in the development of the group/ company plans and programs as a strategic partner but particularly from the perspective of the impact on employees
• Translate the strategic and tactical business plans into HR strategic and operational plans
• Enhance/ improve work environment and company culture
• Manage the budget and other financial measures of the Human Resources Department

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Engineering or other similar field
• 8 years’ experience
• At least 5 years in a similar level HR Director level
• Experience working with mass organizations (5,000+ employees and above)
• Change agent, excellent communication skills, target oriented, customer service oriented, team player
• Excellent in MS applications
• Oracle HR knowledge is a plus
• Excellent English & Arabic communication skills
• Open to Saudi nationals only
