Our client is a leading international Engineering, Construction & Energy industry leader, operating in a joint venture with a large Saudi company. They are currently seeking a Human Resources Director to join their operations in Riyadh, KSA.

Responsibilities

The purpose of this position is to ensure the implementation of a sustainable HR strategy and performance to enable the company to achieve its goals. This includes responsibilities such as individual resourcing, talent development, compensation & benefits, and learning and development. The role also involves managing the Administration function, covering general administration, security, medical services, and government relations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree qualified in Business Administration or Human Resources
• 10+ years of experience within an HR department
• Experience with technical organizations such as Engineering, Construction, and Energy
• Experience working with international organizations
• Fluent in English and Arabic, reading and writing
