Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Support daily HR operations including maintaining colleague records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate recruitment activities: job postings, interviews, onboarding, orientation.
• Assist in preparing employment contracts, HR letters and other documents.
• Support payroll by verifying attendance, leave, overtime and inputs.
• Maintain HR data and update HRIS systems.
• Assist with employee relations and inquiries confidentially.
• Coordinate colleague engagement activities and internal events.
• Support government-related HR processes and Saudi labor compliance.
• Prepare HR reports and statistics for audits and management reports.
