Job summary

BEC Arabia in Makkah is seeking a proactive HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team, supporting our workforce across major construction and infrastructure projects.

You will partner with HR leadership to manage recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records, compliance with Saudi Labor Law and Saudization requirements, and payroll assistance in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in an HR coordination or generalist role, preferably in construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
• Fluency in English and Arabic. Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, and Saudization (Nitaqat).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires with documentation and training.
• Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with Saudi Labor Law and GOSI.
• Support Saudization initiatives by tracking quotas and recruiting Saudi nationals.
• Assist in payroll administration and ensure timely salary processing.
• Monitor compliance with HR policies, safety standards, and ISO certifications.
• Coordinate employee training programs and track attendance and records.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
