Job summary

ACL is seeking a skilled HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our hospitality team in Jeddah. You will act as a trusted partner to management and employees, ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting people-related matters across the business.

The role requires a Saudi national with a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, at least 3 years of HR experience, strong Saudi Labor Law knowledge, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Must be a Saudi National.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ HR experience, ideally in hospitality, F&B or service-oriented industries.
• Strong understanding of Saudi Labor Law.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on operational HR experience.
