Job summary

Accor in Makkah is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in a premier hotel near the Holy Ka’aba. This role reports to the Director of Housekeeping and requires strong English, supervisory experience, and a meticulous eye for detail to ensure service standards are upheld.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year in a supervisory housekeeping role, excellent communication, and training skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English (verbal & written) essential.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory capacity in a hotel housekeeping environment.
• Proven training skills are required.
• Experience with Hotel Property Management System, Micros-Fidelio desirable.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed.
• Handle Guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying the proper areas.
• Actively participate in daily briefing, daily warm up and department meetings.
• Ensure Room Attendants are informed daily about priorities in their section.
• Follow departmental policies and procedures.
• Report necessary maintenance items.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
