Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Ta'if seeks an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a team and uphold high cleanliness and guest-satisfaction standards.

You will manage staff schedules, coordinate room allocations, and uphold safety, hygiene, and quality procedures while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school certificate required; hotel school qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within an international hotel chain, preferably IHG.
• Strong command of English; Arabic language is an advantage.
• Smart, well-groomed, professional and able to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to interact professionally with guests and staff.
• Ability to prepare reports, maintain records, interpret information and deliver training.

Responsibilities

• Support departmental goals, financial targets, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Manage storage areas and maintain adequate stock levels.
• Perform duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
• Assist with staff training and work scheduling.
• Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure compliance with standards.
• Conduct staff briefings, provide coaching, and support continuous improvement.
• Ensure excellent guest service and promptly address guest requests and complaints.
• Coordinate room allocations, inspections, and arrival room priorities.
• Liaise with Front Office and manage guest requests, valet services, calls, and lost property.
• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, fire safety, and hotel security procedures.
• Report incidents and accidents promptly.
• Support sustainability initiatives and coordinate special housekeeping projects.
• Maintain knowledge of room types, layouts, facilities, and housekeeping systems.
