Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel procedures, room assignment requirements, and quality standards.
• Make beds, replace linens, refresh towels, replenish amenities, and arrange guest room items with attention to detail.
• Clean bathrooms, floors, furniture, surfaces, mirrors, fixtures, and guest room areas thoroughly.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public areas, corridors, service spaces, and other assigned hotel locations.
• Respond to guest requests in a polite, timely, and professional manner.
• Restock housekeeping carts with linen, towels, guest supplies, cleaning products, and tools required for daily tasks.
• Move through assigned areas proactively and complete housekeeping duties based on operational needs.
• Report maintenance problems, damaged items, safety hazards, unusual findings, or lost items to the supervisor.

Ideal Profile
