Westin Riyadh on Olaya Street is seeking a dedicated kitchen team member for a Full Time, non-management role. The position involves preparing ingredients, cooking to recipes, and maintaining high food quality and safety standards in a fast-paced hotel kitchen.

You will operate ovens, stoves, grills, and other equipment, ensure proper portions and presentation, and collaborate closely with the culinary team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
• Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables.

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
• Prepare cold foods; operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers.
• Test foods to determine if cooked sufficiently; monitor food quality.
• Set up and break down work station; wash and disinfect kitchen area, tools, knives, and equipment.
• Check and ensure correct temperatures of appliances and food.
