Job summary

Hyatt Place Al Ula is seeking an experienced Team Leader – Information System to oversee daily IT operations during the property's opening phase. You will ensure the reliability, security, and performance of the hotel's technology infrastructure while delivering efficient IT services to all departments and maintaining operational continuity.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT operations within hotels or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and OS.
• Familiarity with hotel tech systems and property management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily IT team activities.
• Ensure reliable IT infrastructure across servers, networks, hardware, and software.
• Provide timely technical support to hotel colleagues.
• Monitor IT systems security and performance; implement fixes.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and upgrades.
• Ensure data backups and cybersecurity measures are in place.
• Maintain IT documentation and asset records.
• Ensure compliance with Hyatt IT standards and security policies.
• Support pre-opening IT setup and readiness.
