Qualifications

• Previous experience in a security role, preferably in hotels or hospitality.
• Knowledge of security operations, emergency procedures, and safety practices.
• Ability to remain calm and professional during emergencies.
• Good physical fitness and ability to patrol for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Patrol premises and monitor all areas to enforce safety standards.
• Control access and verify identities of visitors, contractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor security systems, CCTV, alarms, and other surveillance equipment.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, accidents, and guest concerns.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain security records.
• Support emergency response procedures, including evacuation and fire safety.
• Assist in investigating incidents and reporting findings to management.
