Job summary

EWAA Hotels in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee daily housekeeping operations, maintain high cleanliness standards, and ensure guest satisfaction in line with hotel standards.

You will lead and develop the housekeeping team, plan schedules, monitor areas, control supplies and costs, and collaborate with Front Office and Maintenance to resolve guest concerns and uphold safety and hygiene policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Housekeeping, preferably in hotels.
• Hotel experience is required with strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily Housekeeping operations.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the hotel.
• Supervise and develop the housekeeping team.
• Plan staff schedules and allocate daily tasks.
• Monitor guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
• Control housekeeping supplies, linen, and inventory.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance departments.
• Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping professionally.
• Monitor departmental costs and minimize wastage.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and hygiene standards.
