Responsibilities include acquiring corporate accounts, making daily sales calls, hosting site inspections, managing social media, and coordinating with front desk and banquets to meet guest needs.

Qualifications

• Find new corporate accounts, travel agencies, and group booking leads.
• Make daily sales calls, send proposals, and close contracts.
• Host property tours and site inspections for potential clients.
• Run social media channels and update local hotel listings.
• Plan promotional packages for slow seasons or holidays.
• Create marketing collateral, flyers, and email campaigns.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts to secure repeat business.
• Monitor competitor pricing, occupancy trends, and local events.
