Cooper Fitch is seeking a Manager – Hot Finishing Lines for a senior position in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the Hot Strip Rolling Line (HSRL) and Hot Skin Pass Mill (HSPM) and lead day-to-day operations to meet production targets and quality standards.

You will manage the HSRL/HSPM team, drive continuous improvement, monitor KPIs, budgets, and safety compliance, and collaborate with Maintenance and Planning to maximise plant availability

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical or Electrical Engineering or Diploma with 7+ years relevant experience.
• Experience leading production in steel rolling and managing KPIs.
• Proficient in SAP, Q-Pulse and MS Office; strong communication and budgeting skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day operation of the HSRL and HSPM to meet targets.
• Develop the Hot Finishing Lines team; manpower planning and training.
• Ensure safety, standards and environmental compliance.
• Monitor performance, reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Maintenance for reliability and availability.
• Prepare budgets and manage spares for the department.
• Resolve customer complaints and drive quality improvements.
• Track KPIs and provide regular performance feedback.
