Role Description

The Host/hostess is responsible for warmly welcoming guests, managing reservations, and overseeing the seating plan to ensure smooth guest flow throughout service. This full-time, on-site role in Riyadh includes greeting guests upon arrival, answering inquiries about menus and concepts, coordinating with the serving team, and maintaining an organized reception and waiting area. The role involves using reservation systems, handling phone and walk-in bookings, communicating wait times clearly, and supporting the front-of-house team in delivering a consistently high standard of hospitality. The Host/hostess also assists with guest feedback, provides basic information on food and beverage offerings, and collaborates with management to uphold service standards and brand presentation.

Qualifications
