Job summary

Abareez in Riyadh is seeking a host/hostess for a full-time, on-site role. You will warmly welcome guests, manage reservations, and oversee the seating plan to ensure smooth guest flow throughout service in a premier dining environment.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage. You will coordinate with the serving team, answer menu questions, handle phone and walk-in bookings, and support front-of-house standards and brand presentation.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
• Experience in customer service with focus on welcoming guest experiences.
• Willingness to learn and share service standards with team.
• Basic knowledge of F&B operations, menu structures, and fine dining etiquette.
• Sales awareness including upselling reservations and venue offerings.
• Front-of-house experience preferred.
• Ability to manage reservations and seating using digital systems.
• Flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages advantageous.

Responsibilities
