Job summary

Aujan Interiors in Jeddah is seeking an experienced Architect / Senior Project Manager to join their Building Consultancy & Project Management team. This role focuses on managing hospitality fit-out and construction projects, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction execution, with a focus on project management and coordination between contractors and clients. A degree in Architecture and GCC experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in project management or construction management.
• Experience delivering hospitality and high-end mixed-use fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and project reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site execution activities between contractors and consultants.
• Monitor construction progress and project milestones.
• Review architectural and shop drawings for design coordination.
