The cashier will provide professional front-desk service in a busy healthcare environment. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior cashier experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior cashier experience in hospital or healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience handling patient payments, receipts, and financial records.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Process payments (cash, card, e-payments) accurately and efficiently.
• Handle patient payments for consultations, treatments, services, medications, and other charges.
• Issue receipts, invoices, and payment confirmations; maintain transaction records.
• Follow data protection, patient privacy, and information security requirements.
• Support finance and admin team with routine cashier tasks and payment-related duties.
• Follow hospital procedures for safety and infection prevention.
• Maintain professionalism, accuracy, punctuality, and confidentiality in daily operations.
