Job summary

Sharaf DG is hiring a cashier-focused role in Riyadh to deliver excellent customer service and ensure accurate cashiering operations. You will process POS transactions, handle multiple payment methods, and assist customers with returns, warranty queries, and product information.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of cashiering or retail customer service, strong communication in Arabic and English, and attention to detail for financial accuracy and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of cashiering or customer service experience, preferably in retail.
• High school diploma or equivalent; graduate preferred.
• Excellent communication and accuracy in handling cash and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Cashiering and financial control: handle POS transactions and issue receipts.
• Maintain zero cash variance and perform daily cash reconciliations.
• Process multiple payment methods accurately and deposit funds.
• Prepare deposits and Z-out reports to ensure financial accuracy.
• Maintain cash control and organized counters for smooth operations.
• Greet customers and provide accurate product, policy, and promotions information.
• Handle complaints, returns, exchanges, and warranty cases with professionalism.
• Manage queues and ensure timely service while following SOPs and safety procedures.
